Q:  Do your packages include image rights?

A:  Yes, all of our wedding and engagement session packages include the high-resolution image files on disk with rights to use and reproduce the images for personal use.

 

Q:  Do you travel?

A:  We have photographed weddings from New York City to Hawaii and many places in between.  Any wedding that takes place within 100 miles of Washington DC or New York City is not considered a destination wedding and does not incur any additional travel charges.  For any wedding outside of that radius, please give us a call and we will design a custom package for you. 

 

Q:  How long have you been a photographer?

A:  Stephen took his first photography job in 2001 and has been shooting professionally since then.  Photography is what he does full time, which allows him to dedicate the attention that your wedding day deserves.

 

Q:  Do you edit your images?

A:  Every image that we shoot is edited for color balance , contrast, and density.  We refer to this as a “light edit”.  Any image that you goes into an album or you order printed products for will be sent to retouching to make it perfect.  Things like removing a member of the bridal party, changing the color of the carpet in the church or changing the color of the dress for the bridesmaid that accidentally ordered the wrong color can be done, but generally will incur additional charges.  (Yea, these all sound crazy yet each one of those examples are actual request from previous clients!)   

 

Q:  How far in advance do we need to book our wedding with you?

A:  When you decide that we are the best fit for your needs, then that is the ideal time to book us.  During the peak wedding season (April through June and September through October) our calendar generally books up 12 to 18 months in advance.
